How we address your process innovation project
1. Preliminary analysis
Our goal is to embark on paths of process and product innovation through well-balanced, long-term collaborations marked by seriousness and concreteness.
The know-how of our technicians and their ability to approach projects with a holistic mindset are our most valuable resources. Thanks to this, at Eureka System, we tackle every project, even the most complex, with a method that has been refined through numerous experiences.
It always starts with analysis: following one or more preliminary meetings and on-site visits with the project's objectives and prerequisites in mind, it will be possible to identify and understand which solution is needed, whether the idea is achievable, and the associated costs in terms of time and money.
2. Technical-Economic Feasibility Study
This phase involves the systematic analysis and evaluation of project characteristics, costs, and potential outcomes based on the initial overall idea. It encompasses both technical and financial activities (cost analysis) concerning the feasibility and economic-financial sustainability of the investment.
- Collection and processing of information – Assessment.
- Study and exploration of all possible solutions devised in collaboration with the client – Co-Design.
- Estimation of activities and execution timelines – Project.
- Economic calculation to support payback analysis – Finance.
3. Co-Design Of The System
We design solutions for and with companies, aiming to create partnership relationships that emphasise collaboration and attentive listening. Flexibility, customization, security, and eco-sustainability are our guiding principles.
The co-design project phase allows the company to identify how to digitise and innovate its processes while maintaining the production methods that have been refined over time. Outputs from the co-design phase encompass the technical-functional analysis of the solution, the identification of regulations and certifications required by the system, and the definition of technical specifications for implementation and integration.
4. Simulation
This step becomes a fundamental asset in the case of complex projects that can have significant impacts on business logistics.
Through in-depth analysis of operations, realistic modelling, and carefully designed event simulators, it's possible to understand how to manage intricate logistic and organisational flows, optimise workflows, and address potential architectural and structural constraints, avoiding costly analysis of alternatives.
5. Coding
In Eureka System, we develop tailor-made solutions that always originate from software development and often encompass design, mechanics, and electronics as well. For each of our projects, our keywords are user-friendliness, easy maintenance, and IT/OT interconnectivity.
This phase concerns the purely operational aspect, the moment in which we bring the technical specifications to life and subsequently proceed to the implementation phase.
6. Commissioning
Once one or more prototypes have been physically built, the process moves on to the solution validation phase, followed by a re-engineering phase to optimise the prototype and develop the final solution.
The system commissioning phase includes several steps: installation and integration; hardware and software configuration and tuning; functional testing; validation testing; and FAT/SAT acceptance testing.
Once the correct operation of all components and functions has been verified, the process continues with operator training and the provision of manuals and other documentation.
7. Commissioning
For every automation or software solution we develop, we offer our clients a comprehensive service, from installation to commissioning and customer care. With professionalism and expertise, our team ensures all the necessary technical support, whether on-site or remotely. The Service Level Agreements we provide can be either standard or tailored to the specific needs of each client.
From the moment we take on a project, we not only guarantee the supply of hardware and spare parts but, most importantly, ensure business continuity from a software perspective. As the creators and developers of the system, we guarantee the possibility of carrying out integrations and modifications, as well as developing new functionalities.
